Beautiful bright blue forget-me-not glass flower murrini. Perfect for glass artists to use in a variety of glass fusing projects.
I try and make these forget-me-nots in the range of colours that you commonly see in the wild: shades of pink, blue and lilac.
Please be ware that these flowers have a yellow accent colour in the centre, and you may get some reaction at the edges of the yellow and blue glass when fusing these due to the mix of copper bearing and sulphur bearing glass.
The size of my murrini generally varies from approximately 4mm-8mm in diameter, and it is sold in slices that measure between 2mm-6mm depth. This listing is for 25g of MooniGooni Murrini slices.
I exclusively use Bullseye Glass to make my murrini, and pull the canes of molten glass from a vitrigraph kiln. Because my murrini is made this way, the flower design within the cane changes very slightly as the ‘pull’ progresses. This gives lots of variety to the flower: small petals, large centres, large petals, small centres and many combinations thereof”
The murrini you will receive will be from throughout the ‘pull’ and I try to ensure that all flowers have petals and a centre. I try very hard not to include any hollows.
